As we use wholefood ingredients without all the nasties, preservatives, and stabilisers, our products are particularly heat sensitive. While our store is temperature controlled, once the products leave the store, we can no longer control the temperature and handling in transit. We want you to have the best experience with our products, therefore we would advise you to bring a cooler bag when you pick your orders in store.

We urge you to consider this, as we cannot take responsibility for spoiled items once it has left our store if you purchase in warm weather.
